SenATIQ Conseil ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the personal data you entrust to us, in accordance with Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data (Republic of Senegal) and GDPR principles for European residents.

1. Data we collect

When you use our contact form ("Book an Executive Diagnostic"), we collect the following: full name, title/role, organization, industry sector, area of interest, indicative budget, and your message content. We do not collect banking data or sensitive data within the meaning of Article 4 of Law 2008-12.

2. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed exclusively to: (a) respond to your diagnostic or quote request; (b) contact you within 24 hours as stated on our site; (c) prepare a tailored engagement proposal for your organization. We do not use your data for unsolicited commercial prospecting.

3. Legal basis & retention

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. Data is retained for the duration needed to handle the request (maximum 24 months), then deleted or anonymized.

4. Cross-border transfers

In accordance with Law 2008-12, personal data is not transferred outside Senegalese territory without appropriate safeguards. Our processing uses email delivery providers (Resend) subject to adapted protection clauses.

5. Your rights (Law 2008-12)

You have the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Senegalese Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CDP). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@senatiq-conseil.com.

6. Security & cookies

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, restricted access) to protect your data. Our site uses only essential technical cookies and does not deploy third-party advertising trackers.
